Amber Geyrozaga has been dancing for 20+ years. Over the years she has been trained in such genres as hip hop, ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, salsa, ballroom, hula, Tahitian, break dancing, popping and locking, and capoeira. Amber started her training at Paradise Stars Dance Studio, where she participated in outreach programs like “Music with the Message”. An outreach that was about inspiring young teenagers, like herself at the time, to be drug free. She then joined her High School’s Dance Team where she held the role of team captain for 3 years. In addition, there she was introduced to Nix Performing Arts Center, where she continued her dance training. Throughout her years at Nix Performing Arts Center, Amber began teaching and choreographing dance classes in ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Her first choreographed piece was her solo in 2009, where she took home the title of Miss Senior Spotlight. Amber has continued her teaching and choreographing with longtime partner, Xavier Geyrozaga, for their dance school called Stylez Connection Dance Studio. In 2014, they met Nicole Lam and since then has built a relationship with her and Prisma Dance. Amber has now been teaching for Prisma Dance for a few years, and loves the spiritual culture it provides
