Conditioning Class I & II are designed to help dancers build strong, lean muscles while increasing each student’s physical level within the dancer’s own strength ability. From specially designed cardio, upper body, core, and lower body workouts, dancers are able to improve endurance, body control, and body alignment. Team training and self-discipline not only help a dancer grow physically but in character as well. Psalm 139 is the foundational scripture for Conditioning Class I & II with the purpose of establishing a healthy and positive environment for all physical levels.
